How to reset the camera?
Reset the camera with the reset pin for more than 5 seconds until it plays a voice prompt restoring factory settings and release. Then try to re-add it to the app. (The reset button is near the plug hole.)
How to add the camera to the Aidot APP by scanning the QR code?
Step 1: Home page>Tap “+” icon>Add Device>Scan. Step 2: Scan the QR code on the body of the camera and follow the tips of the APP
How to add the camera to the Aidot APP manually?
Step 1: Home page>Tap “+” icon>Add Device>Surveillance>Choose the camera. Step 2: Click the “Add Manually” at the bottom of the page. Step 3: Please help follow the tips of the APP.
What should I do if there are some videos that didn't record on?
A: If you use the Cloud to save the video. a. Please help just enable the motion detection and disable the others detection; b. Turn high the sensitivity of the camera; c. Delete the activity zone of the camera; d. Change to the cooldown to 1 min.(Only can change the cooldown to 1 min and 3 mins after subscribing to the cloud service) If you use the SD card to save the video. Please help enable the continuous recording. Home page>Device settings>Recording/Storage settings>continuous recording.
